Whilst flipping houses can be a very lucrative investment strategy for high profits in a short-period of time, there are also big risks involved if you get it wrong.
When buying a property in Australia, there are all sorts of purchasing costs one must consider such as the property purchase, stamp duty, legal fees, building & pest inspections, holding costs (if you're borrowing money from the bank) and the renovations themselves.
Then if you go to sell your property, there are further costs involved such as the selling agent's commission (unless you sell it yourself), marketing fees, styling/staging fees, capital gains tax and legal fees, once again.
Now are you wondering, how on earth will you make any profit after taking out all of these costs? Well, that's where we come into the picture!

We prepare detailed feasibilities for each project, in order to work out the overall purchasing costs against the overall selling costs - this then gives us our gross profit margin to determine whether a project is worth pursuing.
